The Gift Voucher is valid for any activity or product on the www.lloretwaterxtreme.com site for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email with a PDF attached with a unique code which can either be forwarded onto the recipient or printed. In order to secure the place, it is recommended booking the activity at least 24 hours in advance. The vouchers are redeemed directly at our sales point on the beach at Lloret de Mar. The amount of the voucher must be used in its entirety. If the chosen activity has a lower cost than the amount of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded. If the recipient of the voucher does not do any of the activities during the 12 months of the validity of the voucher, the amount will not be refunded.
The customer must book the activity within the hours and dates of activity of the company, which are clearly specified in the activity description. If the customer makes a reservation for a date or time outside this period, the purchase shall not be cashed and you will be assigned the next closest available time. Once payment is made, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation and a unique identification number. The client must present this identification number at the sales point situated on the beach at Lloret de Mar.
If the customer does not turn up at the time and date booked, the right to the activity will be lost and the amount will not be refunded. If the activity is not possible for reasons beyond the control of the company (weather conditions, etc.) the cost of the activity not will be refunded. In such cases Lloret Water Xtreme is committed to acting in good faith and to finding a new date for the activity.
